Ключевые слова #C.V
The DFW CV was a German reconnaissance plane in a wooden biplane structure from the First World War. The prototype flight took place in 1916. Serial production was carried out in the years 1916-1918. About 3,250 aircraft of this type were built in its course. The drive was provided by a single Benz Bz engine. IV or C III NAG with 200 or 185 HP. The deck armament consisted of two 7.92 mm machine guns. The machine could also carry a load of bombs weighing up to 100 kilograms. The CV model was developed by Deutsche Flugzeug Werke (DFW) as an evolutionary development of the C.IV. Compared to its predecessor, the new machine had a new engine with increased maximum power, as well as a slightly different design of the wings. These changes also meant that the DFW CV had significantly better performance than its predecessor. The machine was also very maneuverable. Aircraft of this type were used in World War I for observation and reconnaissance tasks and as light bombers. Apart from Germany, they also served in the Bulgarian aviation during this military conflict. The DFW CV machines were also in the Polish aviation and were used in the Polish-Bolshevik war (1919-1921).
