Heinkel He-4 was a German seaplane from the interwar period in a low wing configuration, with a fixed two-float undercarriage. The prototype flight took place in 1926. The plane was 12.5 meters long with a wingspan of 18 meters. The drive was provided by a single Rolls-Royce Eagle IX engine with a maximum power of 340 HP. The maximum speed did not exceed 180 km / h, and the flight range was up to 660 kilometers. The machine successfully passed a series of tests and was manufactured under license in Sweden by the Svenska Aero factory, serving under the designation S4 or Hansa 47.
