The Adamoli-Cattani was a prototype Italian fighter plane in a biplane layout with a fixed undercarriage from the First World War. The drive was provided by a single engine Le Rhone M with a maximum power of 200 HP. The plane's flight took place in 1918 - the machine never entered mass production. The deck armament consisted of two 7.7 mm machine guns. Only one copy of this plane was built. The Adamoli-Cattani was designed as a light, maneuverable fighter as possible, using a relatively powerful engine that would provide it with very good performance. The design of the aircraft itself was rather conservative, retaining the biplane layout and an open cockpit, but carefully aerodynamically refined. The construction of the prototype was undertaken by the Farina factory based in Turin. However, the finished machine, already in the course of test flights, turned out to be not very successful, which resulted from the use of an engine that could not maintain constant, maximum power during its operation. This scarcity, as well as the end of World War I, led to the completion of work on this machine.
