The Messerschmitt P.1100 was a WWII German jet propelled bomber project. The drive was probably supposed to be provided by two motors Junkers Jumo-004C or Heinkel HeS 011. The on-board armament was initially to consist of four Mk.108 30mm cannons, but was later abandoned. The plane has never been tested, much less entered mass production. Design work on the Messerschmitt P.1100 began in 1943 and was completed in early 1944. They were implemented under the program called Schnell Bomber (German: fast bomber). This project was to create a very fast bomber (with a maximum speed of 750-800 km / h), making the best use of jet propulsion. The Messerschmitt plant for this aircraft used many components from the Me-262 - for example the wings. However, due to the change of priorities of the Luftwaffe in 1944 and the shift of aviation production to mass production of fighters, the Messerschmitt P.1100 project was never implemented
