Ключевые слова #KR-22
The Fairchild KR.22 was an American training, training and sports aircraft from the interwar period. The prototype flight took place in 1931. Serial production continued in the years 1931-1935. About 120-130 aircraft of this type were created in its course. The drive - in the C7F models - was provided by a single engine Warner Super Scarab with 145 HP . The machine was 6.78 meters long with a wingspan of 10.06 meters. It had no on-board weapons. The KR.22 model was developed as a grassroots initiative by Fairchild Aircraft Corporation to expand the company's commercial offering. The machine was built in a high-wing configuration, with an umbrella wing and a fixed undercarriage in the classic configuration. The design of the aircraft was mixed. In the course of serial production, several models of this aircraft were created (eg C7A, C7B or C7E), which differed from each other mainly in the power unit used, with a maximum power of 95 to 145 HP. It is worth adding that the only military user of this aircraft was the Colombian Air Force.
