The FISK 199 was a German prototype fighter-attack aircraft from the Second World War. The drive was provided by a single Daimler-Benz DB-605A engine with a capacity of 1455 HP. The deck armament consisted of two 13mm MG131 machine guns and, most likely, a single 20mm MG151 cannon. The FISK 199 was essentially a modernization of the Messerschmitt Me-109 G2, which was developed by Fieseler and implemented by the Prague-based Skoda company. The modernization was carried out in 1942 and consisted in adapting a standard fighter to carry a heavy aerial bomb with a weight of 500 kilograms. The change consisted in installing a single leg with a wheel in the middle of the fuselage, just behind the pilot's cabin, which was not retractable in flight, but was thrown back on a small parachute after take-off. According to According to the designers' assumptions, it was supposed to take place above the airport, so that the shins could be reused. The solution was probably tested only on two Me-109 G2s, but it did not go into mass use.
