Blohm und Voss P.213 was a project of a German pulse-powered fighter from the Second World War. Probably the propulsion was to be provided by a single Argus As 014 pulse engine. The on-board armament was to consist of only one Mk.108 30mm cannon. The machine has never been tested, much less entered mass production. At the end of World War II, German aviation factories, including the Blohm und Voss plants, developed many jet and rocket fighter designs as part of the so-called Jägernotprogramm. This program was to lead to the design and start of mass production of completely new types of fighter planes. The aftermath of this program was just P.213, which was designed as a fighter of the smallest possible size, very compact and relatively light armament, but high maximum speed and rate of climb and possibly low production cost. The Blohm und Voss P.213 project, however, lost the competition with the Heinkel He 162 aircraft and did not enter mass production.
