The Renault Alpine A110 is a French passenger sports car that was first presented to the public in 1963. Its serial production started in the same year and lasted until 1974. During the series production, the car was manufactured mainly in the city of Dieppe in France. The Renault Alpine A110 was developed shortly after the takeover of the automotive company Alpine by the Renault concern. It was supposed to indirectly replace the Alpine A108 model in the offer. Interestingly, in order to shorten research and development and reduce costs, it was decided to use the Renault 8 car, which in the basic version had nothing like a sports car! However, after adapting many components, the Renault Alpine A110 was born - one of the best European sports cars of the 1960s! His reputation is evidenced by numerous victories in car rallies - including the victory in the Monte Carlo Rally in 1971. The car was offered only as a 2-door coupe, with engines ranging from 1.1 to 1.6 liters used as the drive.
