UAZ 452 (another designation: UAZ 3741) is a Soviet (Russian) delivery and multi-purpose truck of the post-war period. The first copies of this car appeared in 1965, and serial production started in the same gloom and continues. The car is powered by a single 2.4-liter ZMZ-402 4-cylinder engine with a capacity of 70 HP. The UAZ 452, colloquially known as the "loaf", was designed to transport people and goods, both on the road and in the field. The car is characterized by all-wheel drive and single-leaf side doors and rear doors to the luggage compartment. UAZ 452 - due to its reliability and good off-road driving qualities - quickly found its way into the Soviet Army and is still used by the armed forces of the Russian Federation to this day. The car was also exported to many countries of the Warsaw Pact, including Poland. In the army, it served as a staff car, ambulance, police car or radio engineering vehicle. In 2011, the produced copies were equipped with ABS, seat headrests and more effective seat belts.
