The T-28 armored draisine is a Soviet-made armored rail vehicle from the Second World War. The presented draisine was created by using damaged components of the T-28 heavy tanks, which were no longer suitable for renovation. The towers of these tanks (both with the main and auxiliary armament) were placed on a specially adapted draisine hull, made of armor plates and based on a two-axle railway platform - typical for Soviet railways at that time. Of course, the armament of the draisine consisted of a 76.2 mm KT-28 gun and a total of 6 DT 7.62 mm machine guns. The crew consisted of 12 to 15 people. The presented rail vehicle was built in the number of only a few units and was part of the "Dzerzhinsky" armored train, among others. He took part in the initial phase of the German-Soviet war in 1941-1945.
