HCP 303D (another designation: SU46 series) is a series of diesel locomotives, which were produced in the years 1974-1977 and in 1985 at the Hipolit Cegielski in Poznań (abbreviated: HCP). The service weight of a single locomotive was 105 tons, and its length with buffers - 18.99 m. The diameter of the wheels was 1100 mm, with the Co'Co axis system. In total, 54 locomotives of this type were built. The HCP 303D locomotive was developed in parallel with the HCP 302D, but it was an extension and modernization of another structure - the SP45 locomotive. Compared to its predecessor, it had a slightly higher service weight, and above all, it was powered by an engine with a much higher rated power of 2,250 hp (W2112SSF engine). It also featured a simplified box structure and modernized trolleys. It was also the first locomotive in the PKP rolling stock to heat passenger carriages with an alternating current generator generating a current of 3 kV. While the design was undoubtedly successful, production ended very quickly with the production of the ET41 locomotive.Pafawag 9W is the so-called an open type wagon, often colloquially called a coal wagon, intended - as the name suggests - for the transport of coal. The wagons were produced in the period 1960-1967 at the Pafawag plant in Wrocław. The unladen weight of a single wagon ranged from 10.5 to 11.2 tons, and the maximum load capacity was up to 28.5-29.5 tons. The total length of the wagon is 10.0-10.8 m. The maximum speed of the wagon - both loaded and empty - oscillated around 100 km / h. In total, about 29,000 copies of this wagon were built. The Pafawag 9W wagon was developed by the Railway Vehicle Institute "Tabor" in Poznań, and production - according to the developed documentation - was kept at the plants in Wrocław. The wagon had new Oerlikon brakes for those times and standardized suspension with double spring hangers. Due to the use of copper refined steel in the construction of the wagon, the susceptibility to corrosion was significantly reduced. In 1962, an improved version of the wagon was introduced, marked as 9W / 4 and 9W / 6, which featured a platform and a brake hood. Pafawag 9W wagons were withdrawn from PKP after 2000. .
