Jelcz M11 is a Polish, high-floor city bus, which was presented for the first time in 1983. Its serial production was carried out in the years 1985-1990 and took place in Zakłady Samochodowe Jelcz. In total, about 2,600 of these buses were built. The drive was provided by a Raba-MAN engine with a capacity of 192 HP. It was popularly called Mig, Krzyżówka or Jelczarus. Jelcz M11 was created in connection with the economic crisis that hit communist Poland in the mid-1980s and in connection with problems with purchasing spare parts for licensed components, such as engines. As a result, a decision was made to create a new city bus (just Jelcza M11), which was created with the participation of the Hungarian automotive industry. From the Hungarian side, Csepel floor plates were obtained, on which shortened Jelcz PR110 bus bodies were mounted. From the very beginning, the vehicle was treated as a transitional solution until the Jelcz M120 buses were put into production. The Jelcz M11 bus was adapted to transport 100 people, including 30 seated.
