The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a German light commercial vehicle and light truck that was first presented to the public in 1995. Serial production started in the same year and continues to this day. Until now (2020), three generations of the Sprinter model have been in series production: the first generation was produced in 1995-2006, the second generation in the period 2006-2019, and the third generation - from 2018. It is worth adding that the production of this last generation, as of now, has been concentrated in Germany in plants in the cities of Düsseldorf and Ludwigsfelde.
