DN2T (another designation: HF or Brigadelok) is a series of narrow-gauge steam locomotives (steam locomotives), which were produced in the years 1903-1919 in many German plants, such as: Henschel or Borsig. The length of a single locomotive was 5.95 meters, and the service weight - 13 tons. The locomotive had axles in the Dn2t system. In total, over 2,500 copies of this locomotive were built. The HF steam locomotive (German: Herresfeldbahn) was developed and produced especially for the needs of the German army fighting in the First World War. The steam locomotive had a nominal power of 60 HP and a very low axle load. They could also drive in a curve with a radius of up to 18 meters (thanks to the Klein-Lindner axle steering system), which, however, paid for the complex structure of the chassis. HF steam locomotives on a mass scale were used primarily in Eastern Europe in front-front railways to transport ammunition, supplies, meals or transport the wounded to further field hospitals. It is worth noting that after World War I, it took over a number of steam locomotives of this type and used them until 1970.
