The synagogue in Ruda Śląska-Wirk (Śląskie Voivodeship) is a non-existent Judaic temple, the construction of which was completed in 1891, and which was located at today's ul. Kupiecka. The synagogue was a brick building, probably mainly brick, built on a rectangular plan. Its architectural style, based on the few surviving sources, can be described as Neo-Gothic and Moorish. Thus, the building was in line with the historicism trend prevailing at that time in architecture. Perhaps the architect erecting it was modeled on the Great Synagogue in Budapest, erected in the years 1854-1859. One of the most characteristic elements of the synagogue in Ruda Śląska were spherical domes, one of which was topped with a spire with the Star of David. This original and architecturally unusual building, unfortunately, has not survived to our times. It was demolished by the Germans in September 1939.
