BUGATTI T.50 - STARTER SET

The Bugatti Type 50 is a French luxury sports car that was first presented to the public in 1931. Its production started in the same year and actually lasted until the outbreak of World War II. Only 65 examples of this car were produced in the course of this process. The Bugatti Type 50 was created as a development and modernization of the Type 46 model. First of all, the Type 50 was a sports coupe, with a shorter wheelbase and a powered engine with a smaller capacity (5.0 liters versus 5.4 liters), but generating a higher maximum power of 225 KM. The car - like the 46 model - had good aerodynamics and a specific windshield inclined to the rear. Two development versions were created in the course of production. The first is the Type 50 Touring, which had a longer wheelbase and a reduced engine power of up to 200 HP. The second development version is the Type 50 B, a racing version with improved performance.
