It is worth adding, however, that until now this number could have changed significantly. Russian aviation is still based on designs dating back to the times of the USSR. Examples include MiG-29, Su-27, Su-25 or Tu-22 planes. At the same time, however, these machines are being intensively modernized, and in addition, the line includes very modern planes such as the Su-34 attack aircraft or the Su-35 multi-role fighter. Until recently, Russia also carried out work on the fifth generation fighter called PAK-FA, but officially this work was completed without introducing the machine to the full scale.
