Pemberton-Billing PB25 was a British reconnaissance and training aircraft from the First World War, which was flown in 1915, and about 20 machines of this type were built in the course of mass production. The plane was 7.34 meters long with a wingspan of 10.06 meters. The drive was provided by a single 100 HP Gnome Monosoupape 9 engine. The maximum speed was 159 km / h, with the maximum range of approximately 320 kilometers. The deck armament consisted of a single 7.7mm Lewis machine gun. The PB25 aircraft was developed at the Pemberton-Billing Limited aviation plant, which later became Supermarine Aviation Works Limited. The presented machine was based on the earlier PB23 model, and the main changes concerned the wing structure, fuselage nacelle, chassis and engine - a new, more powerful power unit was used. However, the plane still used a push propeller, an unusual tail tail system and, in essence, a suspended fuselage nacelle. The only recipient of this machine was the Royal Navy Air Service (RNAS), which used it for training purposes. The machine has never been used in combat.
