The Humber Super Snipe was a British passenger car and light truck that went into production in 1938. The drive was provided by a single, 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 4 liters. The length of the car is 4.44 meters and the wheelbase is 2.9 meters. The maximum speed was up to 127 km / h. The Super Snipe model was developed as an evolution of another Humber model called the Snipe. Compared to its predecessor, it differed primarily in the power unit, taken from the Pullman model, but had an almost identical body and body. As a result, a car was created with very good performance for those times, which today would be classified as a higher-middle class car. During World War II, production of the Humber Super Snipe vehicles continued for the British Armed Forces, which used them primarily as staff vehicles. It is worth adding that in the course of this conflict, a version with a pick-up body also appeared, which was used, inter alia, during the fighting in Western Europe in 1944-1945.
