Toyota JPN Taxi is a Japanese passenger car, dedicated to work as a taxicab, which debuted on the market in 2017, and its serial production started in the same year and is still ongoing. The car is 440 cm long, 169.5 cm wide, with an axle distance of 275 cm. All production was concentrated at plants in the city of Shizuoka in the prefecture of the same name on the island of Honshu, Japan. Above all, it has a large passenger compartment, a sliding door leading to it, and the floor of the car is just over 30 cm from the ground. Toyota JPN Taxi is also environmentally friendly, as it uses a hybrid drive which is a combination of an electric motor and an internal combustion engine. The car will transport fans and tourists during the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games in 2021.
