In the Nissan Motor Company offer it was replaced by the Fuga model. The Cedric model was one of the longest-produced cars in the history of Japan and in the history of the Nissan brand. The first versions of this model were put into production to replace the company's line-up of the licensed Austin A50 Cambridge car. It differed from its predecessor in a changed style - it used, for example, headlights placed one above the other at the front. Efforts were also made to increase the comfort of travel and the safety of passengers. Nissan Cedric achieved considerable success in the 1960s in Japan, which resulted in the continuation of its production and systematic modernization of the car. The last, 10th generation of the Cedric model (designation: Y34) was put into production in 1999 and was manufactured at the Tochigi plant in Japan. It was offered only as a 4-door hardtop, and the range of engines included 2.5 and 3 liter units. The Nissan Gloria is a Japanese upper-middle-class and luxury-class passenger car that was first presented to the public in 1959. The Gloria model was one of the longest-produced cars in the history of Japan and in the history of the Nissan brand. The first versions of this model were put into production as an improved version of the Prince Skyline car, with much more luxurious equipment, significantly improved driving comfort as well as improved reliability and general mechanics of the vehicle. After further stylistic and design changes, Gloria achieved commercial success in Japan, which resulted in its further serial production. Over time, it began to become more and more similar (stylistically and technically) to the Cedric model and was often treated as a variant of this model. It was offered only as a 4-door hardtop, and the range of engines included 2.5 and 3 liter units, exactly the same as the last generation of Cedric models.
