Toyota Probox is a Japanese utility car produced by Toyota Motor Corporation, which was first presented to the public in 2002. Its production started the same year and is still going on. The main place of production of this car is the city of Oyamazaki in Japan. The Probox model was developed and put into production in order, on the one hand, to expand the commercial offer of the Toyota concern, but also to replace the Corolla van and Sprinter van models. A twin car similar to Toyota Probox is another model of this concern - Succeed, but it is bigger than it. Toyota Probox was and is powered by one of three 4-cylinder engines with a capacity of 1.3 to 1.5 liters. As with the Succeed model, the drive is provided by a 4-speed automatic or a 5-speed manual gearbox. The car is offered both on the domestic and export markets - especially in Asia, South and Central America.
