The Nissan Pulsar EXA (another designation: Nissan EXA or Nissan Pulsar NX) is a Japanese passenger sports car that was first presented to the public in 1982. Its serial production started in the same year and lasted until 1990. In the offer of Nissan Motor Company it was replaced by the NX model. The Pulsar EXA model has been developed and implemented for production by the Nissan Motor Company concern, intended primarily for the domestic and North American markets. It had many mechanical elements from the second generation Pulsar model - it was very similar to it externally. The first generation of the Pulsar EXA was offered as a 2-door coupe or convertible with engines from 1.3 to 1.6 liters. The second generation, which debuted in 1986, had a clearly changed design and used 1.6-1.8-liter units as engines.
