Ключевые слова #B-222
The Avia Ba.122 was a Czechoslovak training and aerobatic plane in a biplane arrangement with a fixed undercarriage from the interwar period. The drive - in the Ba.122 version - was provided by a single engine Avia RK.17 with a maximum power of 420 HP. The plane's flight took place in 1934. Serial production started shortly after, which led to the production of about 100 machines of this type. The plane did not have any permanent firearms. Avia Ba.122 was commissioned by the Czechoslovak air force, which in 1934 placed an order for a specialized aerobatic plane dedicated to international aviation competitions in the same year 1934. Avia Aviation Works quickly developed a new plane, which was designated as Avia B.122. The plane - despite the rapid pace of work on it - turned out to be very successful and ensured the Czechoslovak crew's victory in the competition. After the change of the power unit and other modifications, Avia B.122 was put into mass production and offered (under the designation Avia Ba.122) to foreign customers, achieving success on export markets. The plane was also used (under the designation Avia Bs.122) by the Czechoslovak Air Force as a training plane.
