Tatra OA vz.30 was a Czechoslovakian armored car from the interwar period. The first prototypes of the vehicle were created in the early 1930s, and serial production continued in 1933-1934, ending with the production of 51 vehicles. The car was powered by a single engine Tatra 71 T-52 with a power of 32 HP. The armament was two machine guns ZB vz.26 cal. 7.92 mm. Armored car Tatra OA vz.30 was created as a successor to the OA vz.27 vehicle. In the period 1934-1939 it was the basic vehicle of this type of the Czechoslovak army. It was built on the basis of the Tatra T-72 truck chassis. Tatra OA vz.30 featured a three-axle undercarriage with a hull protected by armor plates up to 5.5 mm thick. The armament was placed in a rotating turret at the top of the fuselage and in the front - at the driver's seat. After the collapse of Czechoslovakia, vehicles of this type were used by Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and - perhaps - Germany. As part of the armed forces of Slovakia, the Tatra OA vz.30 vehicles took a marginal part in the September campaign in 1939 and in the first months of Operation Barbarossa in 1941.
