The Avia BH11 is a Czechoslovakian, two-seat, single-engine sports plane with a low wing structure. It was a further development of the BH-9 model, and its first flight took place in 1923. Initially, it was intended for civil aviation, but due to its high performance and numerous victories in aviation competitions, the Czechoslovak army ordered 15 examples as training machines. The "A" version of the plane was powered by a Walter NZ60 engine with a capacity of only 60HP, later replaced by a Walter-Vega engine with a capacity of 85HP. Technical data: Maximum speed: 155 km / h, speed of climb: 2.7 m / s, maximum ceiling 4500 m, maximum range: 600 km.
