The Chengdu J-20 is a modern Chinese 5th generation fighter plane. The prototype flight took place in 2011. In March 2017, the machine entered the lines of the Chinese Air Force, achieving limited combat capability. In total, about 20 serial copies of this aircraft were made. The drive is provided by two motors Shenyang WS-10G . The aircraft has a maximum speed of 2 Ma. The machine probably has on-board armament. Work on the fifth generation fighter, conceptually similar to the American F-22 Raptor, began in the PRC in the late 1990s at the Chengdu Aerospace concern. However, the J-20 was first presented to the public in 2016. The Chengdu J-20 was built in a duck-like arrangement with delta wings, probably using a very large amount of composite materials.
